He has played a vital role in promoting Mysuru as a major tourist hub and has held various travel marts and also represented the travel sector in various Trade fairs abroad.

Prashanth is constantly working towards making Mysuru a major tourist hub. He headed the Mysore Travel Mart, in association with Mysuru Travels Association with an attempt to attract investors, tourists and media to Mysore. He is the founder president of “Let’s Do It! Mysore”, a unique Social responsibility movement which was started to promote a clean and hygienic environment in Mysore city with many campaigns and events. The team has been involved in creating awareness among citizens regarding cleanliness and conservation of environment. The team often works with Mysore City Corporation during Swacch Sarvekshan, Dasara and other important events. Through Media Tree, Mysuru Shopping Festival, Mr. Prashanth envisioned the grave need for a solution to cope the downtrend in the offline market and help the establishments in Mysuru to retrieve from the trending Online Shopping and made the masses to come down to the stores and experience the pleasure of shopping with attractive gifts and give-aways which led to gradual boost in Mysuru’s economy of retail trade. He has also ventured into the handicrafts industry with a noble vision to provide a global platform to the local art forms and artisans via partnership in DesiAdda.
